The Emmy Short was inspired by my favourite photograph of my late mother-in-law, Joan Wacker — captured wearing the most elegant pair of high-waisted shorts . I knew I had to reimagine them and here they are, finished with antique-inspired feature buttons.
A high-waisted silhouette that flatters every shape and stays put — designed with curvier figures especially in mind, so they don't ride up and wear beautifully on the body all day long.
This is one of my favourite designs in the collection, and I think Joan would have loved them too.
Named after my granddaughter, Emelia — because the most beautiful things in life deserve to be passed down.
